• Up to 24 hours: 50% of the cost of the service is charged
• Less than 24 hours: 100% of the cost of the service is billed
• The law requires a minimum of 2 people for a departure.
• The weather is not a reason for cancellation that gives the right to a refund, except in the event of a red alert launched by the Prefecture.

Practical information

• The driver-guide provides guidance during the journey, but does not accompany customers for on-site visits.
• Folding wheelchairs are permitted.
• Wheelchair users must be accompanied.
• Foldable strollers are permitted. Tour Azur provides baby seats and booster seats free of charge only upon request.
• Unless otherwise stated, meals and entrance tickets to excursion sites are not included in the price.
